FROM LIGHT TO DARK
Autumn is a time of transformation where we move away from the business of summer towards the more reflective time of winter. Join me for an afternoon with meditative yoga movement, stillness and a bowl of warming autumn food in the company of new and old friends. You can arrive any time between 1.00 -1.30 pm for a cup of herbal tea and we start our first Yoga session at 1.30.
This half-day retreat aims to nurture, nourish and prepare your body and mind for the darker, more cosy and quieter season. All of your senses will be stimulated with smells, tastes, sound and beautiful surroundings. You will be served an autumn-inspired early supper.
We will start in day light with Yin and meditative flowing postures and finish with candle lit Yoga Nidra to encouraging calm, acceptance and a deep relaxation. We will close our retreat at 5.30- 6.00pm
