Looking after our bodies is more important than ever.

There are few things as wonderful as sitting around a table with like-minded people and sharing lovely food.

I am a vegetarian who likes cooking and experimenting. I cook in the same manner as I mix colour; a little bit of this and a little bit of that. I bake bread every week and you can find my bread recipe here. I often integrate food into my courses and classes as a way to create community as well as to encourage people to eat healthily. Great and nutritious food is also a big part of the retreats I organise.
