After the holiday hustle, take time to reset and recharge with this 2-hour yoga workshop. Designed to help you release stress and restore balance, it’s the perfect way to transition into the new year.
We’ll begin with a gentle, restorative practice and calming breathwork to unwind and ground your energy. From there, we’ll gradually move into a more energizing and uplifting asana sequence to welcome the year ahead with clarity and vitality. We will finish with a relaxing Yoga Nidra ( yogic sleep ).
